Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PullPage
(pull.page), operated by Dominik, Switzerland
("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or using PullPage, you agree to these
Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service Description
PullPage allows you to export publicly accessible Framer
websites as static HTML/CSS/JS files in ZIP format.
The service is offered in the following plans:
Free: 1 export per month, max 1 page
One-Time: 1 single export, unlimited pages
Freelancer: 5 exports per month, unlimited pages
Agency: Unlimited exports, unlimited pages
Export files are automatically deleted after 30 days. We
reserve the right to modify plans and pricing. Existing
subscriptions will continue at the agreed terms until the
end of the current billing period.
Account
You must create an account to use PullPage. You agree to
provide accurate information and keep your login credentials
confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your
account.
Pricing and Payment
Paid plans are processed through Stripe (stripe.com). All
prices are listed in USD.
Subscriptions (Freelancer, Agency) renew automatically on a
monthly basis unless cancelled before the end of the current
billing period. You can cancel anytime through the billing
portal in your dashboard.
Refund Policy
Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes
effect at the end of the current billing period. Already paid
periods are not refunded.
One-Time purchases: Refunds are only available if the export
failed due to a technical error on our end and no successful
retry was possible. Refund requests must be sent to
contact@pull.page within 14 days of purchase.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use PullPage only for lawful purposes. You
may not:
Export websites you do not own or have permission to export
Use the service for automated bulk exports or scraping
Circumvent or manipulate security mechanisms or usage limits
Use the service in any way that disrupts its operation
Resell or redistribute the service without permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that
violate these Terms without prior notice.
Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right
to export and use the content of any website you process
through PullPage. We provide a technical tool only and
assume no liability for copyright infringement or other
legal violations by users.
It is your responsibility to verify that you are authorized
to export the website in question and to use the exported
content.
Intellectual Property
PullPage as a service, including its software, design, and
branding, is our property. Exported content does not belong
to us.
Using PullPage does not grant you any rights to exported
website content. All rights to exported content remain with
their respective owners.
Availability and Warranty
We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee
uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" and
"as available" without warranties of any kind, express or
implied.
Maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure may cause
temporary outages. No right to availability is guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data or export files after the 30-day storage period
Damages resulting from use of exported content
Damages caused by outages of third-party services (Clerk,
Stripe, Cloudflare, etc.)Lost profits or revenue
Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected
where mandatory by law.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. Active subscriptions
must be cancelled separately through the billing portal.
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms
or engage in abusive usage without prior notice.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Registered users will
be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of
the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding
its conflict of law provisions and the UN Convention on
Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The courts at the domicile of the operator in Switzerland
shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory legal provisions
require a different jurisdiction.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or
unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full
force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by
a valid provision that most closely reflects its intended
purpose.
